BETTY ANN BEATON

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Betty Ann Beaton at the age of 72. She was predeceased by her father (John), mother (Isabella) and brother (Cliff). She is mourned by her niece Sandra (Michael), nephew Robert, sister-in-law Bunny and many cousins. The Butlers and all the staff at Fifth Avenue Jewelers will mourn the loss of a beloved 25 year veteran of the company. She loved the Butlers as family, who treated her with great care and respect. The celebration of her life will be held after the interment of her ashes in May 2010. For those so wishing memorial donations can be made to the Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658, Moose Jaw, S6H 7K7 In living memory of Betty Ann, a tree will be planted in Besant Park by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.

Betty Rawlyk - Moose Jaw, SK: I had known Betty since I moved to Moose Jaw in 1980 when she  worked at Fairford Ind. and then when she worked for Fifth Ave. Jewelers for so many great years. She always told me how she loved to work for the Butlers and how well they treated her. We became very good friends and I will miss our many visits and her friendly nature. My condolences to her family.

Clarice Gilchrist - Carman, MB: We will miss you Betty Ann.  What can I say.  You were good to me when I was your lttle second cousin.  Your health certainly affected your quality of life and it is amazing that you were able to continue working with your employers for as long as you did.  I am certainly thinking about them as well as other family members as we feel the loss of you, with no chance to say goodbye.
