Pam (Jukes) Longdale - Moose Jaw, SK: On behalf of the Jukes family...our thoughts of comfort go our to all in Vern's family, we will miss Vern very much. Vern was a part of our extended family for many years and much loved by all. Vern attended many of our family occasions over the years and definitely liked to dance all our shoes off and don't forget his love of playing cards. He had a great love of family & friends of which we were never in doubt. Vern was a hard working man and also knew how to have fun with everyone and appreciate the people in his life. I personally will always remember that he always had a smile to share. I got to know Vern from childhood as he was a very good friend of my parents Harral & Marj Jukes, they spent many many evenings together playing cards, dancing, sharing dinners and just being the friends that they were. I know they will miss him very much and I know there will probably times when Dad is at a loss without Vern to call. So now we say so long dear friend til we meet again, love from Harral & Marj Jukes and family.
